Job Description
Client Services Account Manager – NetLine
NetLine, a division of Informa TechTarget, is looking for an experienced, high-energy Client Services Account Manager to champion our clients’ lead generation goals. In this role, you won't just manage accounts. You will act as an indispensable, trusted extension of our clients' internal marketing teams.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling a diverse portfolio of B2B accounts, possess proven hands-on client success management experience, and obsess over turning campaign data into measurable client growth, this role is built for you.
Core Focus of the Role
- Embedded Marketing Partner: Seamlessly integrate into your clients' marketing teams, deeply understanding their pipeline objectives, buyer personas, and market positioning to consult on strategy—not just execute deliverables.
- Portfolio Ownership & Multitasking: Confidently manage, prioritize, and drive success across multiple concurrent client accounts and multi-channel campaigns without missing a beat.
- Proactive Client Success: Lead end-to-end client health, onboarding, performance optimization, and renewal discussions to maximize client lifetime value and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day partner for client accounts. Cultivate trust, understand overarching business KPIs, and ensure NetLine’s B2B lead generation solutions consistently align with their pipeline goals.
- Multi-Account Campaign Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of high-profile lead generation programs across a dynamic client roster. Maintain rigorous project schedules, ensure timely asset delivery, and coordinate operational workflows smoothly.
- Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting: Deep-dive into campaign performance using internal platform metrics. Deliver actionable insights, lead periodic strategy reviews, and proactively propose campaign pivots to boost lead quality, volume, and conversion rates.
- Platform Operations: Utilize the NetLine Portal to set up, track, and monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring all pacing and quality parameters match client service-level agreements.
- Retention & Account Expansion: Identify expansion, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities organically through performance wins. Partner with sales operations to facilitate renewals and protect long-term account health.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner internally with audience development, operations, and product teams to troubleshoot challenges, advocate for client feature needs, and ensure company resources align with client deliverables.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Direct Client Success Management Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrated success directly managing B2B client accounts, digital marketing campaigns, or lead generation programs within an agency, martech, or media environment.
- Portfolio Juggling Mastery: Proven ability to balance a diverse, high-volume account portfolio under tight deadlines while keeping details airtight and service levels high.
- Embedded Marketer Mindset: Strong, working knowledge of B2B marketing funnels, demand generation, content syndication, and digital performance metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates).
- Analytical Problem Solver: Comfortable interpreting raw campaign data into clear narratives, client-facing decks, and actionable optimization strategies.
- Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; experienced in running high-stakes client strategy calls and navigating executive stakeholders.
- Education & Tech Stack: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and familiarity with CRM tools, martech stacks, and digital advertising platforms.
