Job Description

Overview 

This innovative role combines deep data analytics expertise with advanced Alteryx capabilities and automation knowledge. You will operate with high autonomy to deliver next-generation data insights through sophisticated Alteryx solutions alongside senior leadership and transform complex multi-source data into actionable business intelligence through advanced workflows and automations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Advanced Alteryx Development 

• Design sophisticated workflows incorporating custom macro development with a problem-solving approach 

• Demonstrate expertise in Alteryx Designer Advanced, Server administration, and Gallery management 

• Design comprehensive data models integrating multi-source data using SQL 

• Implement real-time analytics solutions with performance optimization for large-scale data processing 

• Deliver automated reporting with extensive knowledge of Alteryx and server capabilities 

• Present insights to executive stakeholders and support teams in aligning business problems with automation solutions 

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges including workflow optimization and API integrations 

• Maintain enterprise-grade development standards through peer review processes and documentation 

• Pioneer automation technology integration through Power Automate and Alteryx Server scheduling 

Essential Requirements 

Qualifications

Technical Expertise 

• Alteryx Designer Core Certification (Required) with expert-level capabilities across all tool categories 

• Advanced workflow development with custom macro programming and analytical app creation skills 

• Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and In-Database optimization 

• Power Automate knowledge for process automation and workflow integration 

• Proven expertise in workflow performance optimization and large-scale data processing 

• Advanced Excel skills including VBA programming and automation capabilities 

• Basic Power BI knowledge for integrated visualization solutions 

• Experience establishing organizational best practices and mentoring development teams 

• Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives 

Required  Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related analytical field 

• 5+ years of data analytics experience with a minimum of 3+ years in Alteryx development 

• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-level analytical solutions 

• Experience with Alteryx Server administration 

Preferred 

• Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification and Server Administration Certification 

• Experience with TM1 

• Basic Jira knowledge for project management and workflow documentation

You must have the right to work and live in India.

Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Bengaluru office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
