Job Description
This role is based in our Newton, MA, Washington, D.C. or New York City office.
The Campaign Fulfilment Manager is primarily responsible for the strategic execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns from setup through completion. This includes day-to-day coordination of campaign fulfillment plans, configuration of automated reporting systems, processing campaign changes, and conducting quality assurance to ensure performance targets are met. Candidates must be analytical thinkers with strong technical and communication skills who can multi-task effectively and thrive under pressure. This individual needs to be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Determine and execute strategic campaign fulfillment plans to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Configure and manage automated reporting systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Process campaign changes efficiently, collaborating with client services teams to set clear expectations on impact and timelines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks, monitor campaign delivery, and implement optimizations to meet performance targets.
- Manage lead returns and maintain system accuracy to ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Generate and distribute comprehensive weekly product and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Secure proof of delivery documentation and complete month-end close tasks within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with client services teams to communicate campaign status, performance metrics, and execution updates.
- Provide timely and effective internal support by addressing inquiries and sharing order status updates with stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate weekly revenue forecasting and recognition to uphold financial integrity.
Qualifications
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- 1-2 years of experience in campaign management, digital operations, or advertising operations
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines consistently
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
- Excellent collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across teams
- Strategic thinking capabilities to develop and execute effective fulfillment plans
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Experience with CRM systems, campaign management platforms and reporting/analytics platforms a plus

The salary range for this role is $45,000- $50,000 based on experience.
