Job Description
This role is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office
We’re looking for a driven and experienced marketing professional to lead the creation and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns for our Food Ingredients and Vitafoods global event portfolio. This role calls for a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a data-focused approach, and the ability to work seamlessly with senior stakeholders and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development
- Develop tailored marketing plans for each event in the portfolio, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Create innovative campaigns designed to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Design engaging email content using tools like Canva and AI platforms.
- Build and segment email campaigns to maximize audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Use data insights to shape marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
- Track and report on MQL performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Monitor email campaign performance and implement regular optimizations to enhance effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects and events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Collaboration
- Work confidently with senior stakeholders to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with local offices worldwide to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Partner with sales teams to support commercial goals and drive campaign success.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering marketing plans and campaigns for large-scale events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in using marketing design tools like Canva and AI platforms to create compelling content.
- Solid understanding of data analysis and performance tracking to inform decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
