Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

职位描述

  1. 负责展会目标客户的开发,积极寻找潜在客户,深挖客户需求,提供针对性的参展方案。开发方向为室内软装类企业、如地毯、涂料、家居饰品等;
  2. 通过相关市场调研报告、平台数据分析和竞争对手研究等方式,寻找新客户和拥有相关资源的合作伙伴。定期收集客户反馈,为展会优化提供建议;
  3. 为客户提供专业的参展建议,能结合展会优势为客户提供符合需求的定制化方案;
  4. 处理客户在参展前中后期整个过程中遇到的问题,提供服务支持;
  5. 不定期参观同类行业展会,挖掘潜在客户并达成合作;
  6. 在规定时间内完成销售目标与服务,包含建联、沟通、面访、签约、收款、回访等工作。

职位要求

  1. 本科及以上学历, 2年以上B2B展会销售或客户管理运营经验;
  2. 有独立开发客户的成功案例,有软转、家纺、建材、卫浴等行业客户资源优;。
  3. 适应省内外出差。
     

能力要求:

  1. 独立开发客户能力:通过各类工具及平台主动有效的寻找到潜在客户,并快速建立关系与拜访;
  2. 沟通能力:优秀的表达能力,有效传递项目价值并促成合作。普通话流利、一定的英文基础;
  3. 办公软件:熟练掌握office、outlook、salesface等工作软件,独立制作方案能力;
  4. 结果导向:对销售目标有强烈的达成意愿,具备较强的抗压能力、执行力与责任感。
