Job Description

This role is based in our 5 Howick Place Office. 

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning producer to develop and deliver innovative digital learning solutions specifically for the creative advertising and marketing industry. The successful candidate will combine strong project management expertise and a good understanding of the creative sector to produce engaging, industry-relevant e-learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of new e-learning courses and the regular updates of our existing portfolio.

  • Collaborate with industry experts and internal editorial, design and video teams to develop compelling learning content.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to deliver learning products on time, within scope and managing multiple streams of work.

  • Translate complex creative concepts and marketing principles into accessible learning journeys appropriate for our target audiences. 

  • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure all courses meet industry standards and best practices and that they are consistent across our portfolio and reflective of our LIONS Learning brand.

  • Analyse market trends and competitors within the creative sector to identify new learning opportunities.

  • Drive continuous improvement of our portfolio and overall learning experience through data analysis, user feedback and working with our course leaders.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with proven experience delivering digital learning products and working across multiple project teams. 

  • Strong understanding of product development and ability to translate requirements onto a product roadmap.

  • Demonstrable a good knowledge of the creative advertising and marketing industry

  • Understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and / or Content Management Systems (CMS)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learning methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Industry Knowledge Requirements

  • Current understanding of creative advertising processes, terminology, and best practices

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, channels, and emerging trends

  • Awareness of creative tools and software used in the industry

  • Understanding of the skills gaps and learning needs within the creative sector

  • Connections within the creative advertising community (desirable)

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Background in creative advertising, marketing, or related field

  • Experience creating product roadmaps for iterative improvements.

  • Experience managing creative projects or teams

  • Experience with e-learning tools.

  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards

  • Experience with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite

  • Understanding of adult learning principles

  • Previous experience developing training for creative professionals
