Job Description

Please note this is a 6 month contract role

  • Assist with end-to-end planning and execution of LEAP Nights, mixers, and fringe events across P1 events
  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, registration, guest lists, catering, branding, and supplier management.
  • Support communication and coordination between internal teams, sponsors, partners, and vendors.
  • Manage on-site event operations, including check-in, guest flow, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with marketing/comms teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and event promotion.
  • Track budgets, vendor payments, and help ensure cost-efficient solutions.
  • Collect post-event feedback and support with reporting, evaluation, and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Event Lead as required.

    Qualifications

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Flexible and solutions-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.
    • Experience in vendor coordination and client-facing interactions.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and database tools; knowledge of event software is an advantage.
