Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
Job Description
This role is based in our Ha Phan Building Office
- Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Website, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Producing creative content in line of brand guidelines for all marketing material, copy, design brief, video brief, etc.
- Coordinating with third party to produce event’s photo and video productions.
- Staying up to date on current marketing trends and contribute to team culture by sharing ideas to improve marketing campaigns and customer targeting.
- Delivering onsite support for exhibitions to manage functional marketing activities, buyer programme & onsite programme
- Coordinating with marketing team members to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns
- Working closely with regional marketing team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and regional marketing requirements to be applied to local exhibitions
- Ensuring all marketing activities comply with local regulations and company policies
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitors’ activities subject to relevant projects to develop an accurate and effective marketing strategy.
- Carrying out other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, and at least 3+ year of experience working in Marketing / Communication / Advertising / Exhibition / Event Management or related fields.
- Experience in the B2B event industry is a plus.
- Well organised and time management skill
- Practical and strategic thinking.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Speaking and writing English fluently.
- Good and creative content writing.
- Having knowledge about managing website through Word Press (CMS – Content Management System) platform, social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Flexible approach to work, self-motivation
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Teamwork and ability to foster good working relationships
