Project Coordinator Internship - Pharma Events

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of global event management? We're looking for a passionate intern to join our Pharma events team.

What you'll do

As our Project Coordinator intern, you'll:

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events
  • Work closely with our Brand team to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and create presentations
  • Design engaging experiences that wow our customers
  • Team up with marketing, sales, and content experts to bring events to life
  • Be the go-to person for event-related questions
  • Find and coordinate with top-notch suppliers
  • Help manage payments and keep our finances in check
  • Roll up your sleeves and support events on-site

This is an opportunity for 3-6 months, based on availability.

You’ll gain real-world experience working on international events, engage with multiple stakeholders – both internal and external - and contribute to the success of high-profile projects. We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
