Job Description
Event Planning and Content Operations: Plan and organize high-quality meeting events (such as buyer-seller matching sessions, keynote speeches, and industry forums) based on the exhibition theme and buyer needs. Write and optimize promotional content for the exhibition, including website copy, press releases, and new media posts. Design attractive event highlights to enhance the exhibition's brand influence and participation.
Audience Recruitment and Relationship Maintenance: Develop and implement an audience recruitment plan, focusing on target groups such as corporate procurement, HR, and administrative personnel. Attract high-quality buyers to participate in the exhibition through online and offline channels (email, new media, and phone invitations). Maintain a core audience database and establish long-term relationships with medium and large-sized enterprises.
Speaker Invitation and Meeting Management: Screen and invite industry experts and corporate executives as speakers, and design meeting agendas that meet market demands. Maintain good communication with speakers, coordinate their presentations and on-site arrangements, and ensure the smooth progress of the meetings. Be responsible for the execution and management of the meeting venue, solving any unexpected issues to ensure the effectiveness of the event.
New Media and Marketing Channel Management: Develop and implement new media operation strategies to increase exhibition exposure through platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts and LinkedIn. Analyze the effectiveness of various marketing channels and continuously optimize promotional strategies to improve audience participation rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key data indicators related to audience recruitment and event participation, and regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing activities to senior management. Combine market feedback and data to propose improvement suggestions and enhance exhibition audience satisfaction and market coverage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, communication, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in market promotion, event planning, or meeting management. Familiarity with B2B exhibitions or industry events is preferred. Experience in independently managing events from planning to execution is required.
Competency Requirements:
Planning Ability: Capable of independently completing the full planning process of meeting events, including topic design and speaker invitation.
Content Writing Ability: Possess excellent content writing and editing skills to accurately convey the value of the exhibition.
Communication and Coordination Skills: Skilled at collaborating with various parties, including speakers, audience members, and suppliers, to solve complex problems.
Data-Driven: Capable of analyzing data and using it to optimize marketing strategies.
