Job Description
As our Operations Services Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our digital operations. You'll be at the forefront of our technological infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations and continually improving our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- System Management: Assist in the day-to-day operations of AdBook/Fattail inventory management system and Naviga Digital First Order Entry and financial system.
- Policy Enforcement: Implement and uphold policies and procedures for daily online operations and system setups.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve New Media Help Desk tickets and provide expert system support, diagnosing and fixing issues efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of inventory management, order entry, billing, and reporting processes.
- Documentation: Help create and maintain comprehensive documentation of department workflows and best practices.
- Innovation: Work on cutting-edge projects to improve our digital infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in inventory management systems and system configuration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a complex database environment as an end-user.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting software problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Proficiency in AdBook/Fattail, Naviga Digital First, or similar inventory management and billing systems.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and Microsoft products, including PowerPoint.
- Strong aptitude for learning new programs and software quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
Additional Information
The pay range for this position is $21-24 / hour depending on experience.
