Company Description

We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

Job Description

  1. Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive awareness and attendance for the exhibition.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to create content and promotional materials (e.g., brochures, banners, digital campaigns, advertisement).
    • Manage social media platforms and website updates, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
  2. Digital Marketing and Content Creation & Management:
    • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
    • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, EDMs, and press releases.
  3. Event Promotion & Database Management:
    • Coordinate and execute visitor promotion activities, including outreach to target audiences, partnerships, and collaborations with industry associations e.g., roadshows.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of the visitor database.
    • Execute data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire new contacts and retain existing ones.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are within budget and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
    • Track expenses and provide regular financial updates to manager.
  5. Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the processing and packaging industry.
    • Analyze visitor and exhibitor feedback to improve future events and marketing strategies.
  6. Reporting & Analytics:
    • Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
    • Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  1. Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the exhibition, event, or B2B industry.
  2. Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
    • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
