Job Description
The Role
The Business Analysis Manager plays a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the Tahaluf. This role involves analyzing business requirements, evaluating Digital solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and efficiencies through technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ideation, and delivery of strategic initiatives and then handover to Operations. This role will have heavy engagement in the MarTech domain initially but overall expand in supporting entire business functions technology demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance and IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate tools such as CRM, email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools to optimize event promotion and customer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end implementation and configuration of selected Martech tools.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for marketing technology projects.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and configuration teams.
- Ensure solutions address the unique needs of events, exhibitions, and hybrid experiences.
- Develop, Update and Maintain Critical Data Repository like Architecture Documentation, Process Flows, Training collateral etc
- Collaborate with data teams to set up and maintain data pipelines for marketing analytics.
- Support teams in building dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI.
- Ensure GDPR and Saudi local data privacy compliance across technology implementations.
- Provide insights and best practices for customer journey mapping, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with Martech tools.
- Stay updated with Martech trends and innovations, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead pilot projects and proof of concepts to test new tools or features.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBA, Six Sigma)
Certification in Martech ( Salesforce, CDP, Analytics, etc)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in Martech or a similar digital/IT-focused role.
- Strong technical expertise across a range of Martech technologies, including but not limited to
- Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
- Marketing Automation Tools
- Data Management Platforms or Customer Data Platforms
- Analytics and Reporting: Google Analytics Power BI, etc
- Event Management Systems ( Swapcard, Visit, etc)
- Payment gateways (Stripe, Paytabs)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic technology plans and Projects that drive business results.
- Firm Understanding of Core Business Processes like Target to Lead, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Source to Pay, Hire to Retire etc
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create strong rapport with business teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects as BA ensuring requirements are delivered with Quality, on time and within budget.
- Experience working in the events and/or media industry is a plus.
- Experience in KSA is desired.
