Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team for our annual beauty exhibitions. As our Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various online and offline marketing activities related to advertising, editorial, eDM, social media, website management, webinars as well as special events taken place onsite. Your expertise and contributions will help drive the success of our events and enhance our brand presence.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and nurturing media relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the advertising and editorial plans. Coordinate placements and submit materials.
  • Compelling eDM campaigns, managing distribution to targeted audiences, and analyzing campaign effectiveness for optimization.
  • Website management, including content creation and edits and analytics.
  • Special events such as congress, awards and stage performance, collaborate with partners and vendors, and ensure smooth onsite operations.
  • Webinar activities, including invitation sending, marketing promotion, speakers onboarding, technical support during live/pre-recorded sessions and generating reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the events or beauty industry. Lifestyle/luxury or agency experience is a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Technical knowledge of webinar platforms, particularly Zoom.
  • Knowledge in WordPress, Photoshop, illustrator will be a plus
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Flexible and initiative
  • To work under pressure on tight deadlines
