Job Description

The Senior Commercial Marketing Executive plays a crucial role supporting the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager in executing strategic initiatives and driving impactful marketing campaigns. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Commercial Marketing Executive assists in executing campaigns to onboard new and existing clients, increase Customer LTV(Life Time Value) and promote up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Responsible for the planning, briefing and delivery of collaterals and multi-channel campaigns, they bring a keen eye for detail and a data-led approach to campaign optimisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of the commercial marketing strategy
  • Work with the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager on the implementation of comprehensive commercial marketing plans aligned with business objectives (onboarding, engagement, retention, upselling, cross-selling)
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform audience segmentation strategies and craft customised messaging which resonates with recipients and drives engagement
  • Create and manage campaign calendars and collaterals where required 
  • Brief the delivery teams on the requirements for campaigns, and manage the creation of these through to execution
  • Create engaging copy and content to engage our key client audiences
  • Utilise technology such as PowerBI, Salesforce and our internal data platform to create reports with insights that help optimise our activity
  • Work within Agile frameworks, utilising Asana for planning and task management
  • Support the Commercial Marketing team with our proprietary segmentation platform, building sophisticated audience segments and activating campaigns
  • Work with the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to identify and execute opportunities to streamline manual process and increase the volume of automation

Qualifications

  • Experience using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua)
  • Experience working with databases and audience segmentation
  • Ideally you will have experience working in the event or B2B industry  
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Asana
  • Experience with email marketing
  • A great understanding of digital communications channels
