Job Description

  • Support the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing the delivery of various digital campaigns, including email campaigns, display banners, social media posts, custom content, and custom webinars.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing delivery team on data selection and segmentation to optimize campaign targeting and effectiveness.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet to record, track, and manage all projects related to digital sales and marketing operations.
  • Analyze clients' campaigns and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations based on data insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the marketing team in addressing any issues or challenges that arise in the delivery of digital campaigns. Work collaboratively with clients to find effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the marketing team in creating marketing materials, including onboarding guides, templates, and visuals.
  • Contribute with creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing and sales operations.
  • Prior internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is a plus.
