Job Description

Curinos is seeking a Digital Strategy and Analytics Principal to support growth and development of the Digital business.  This is a highly visible, client-facing role requires top-notch presentation and communication skills, strong executive presence, and keen strategic intuition. They will play a leadership role in scoping, implementing, and managing productive client sales and engagements. The Principal will also support the Head of Omnichannel Experience in creating, designing, and driving new product and methodologies for analysing existing data sets and building new digital data sets with client participation.  They will be hands on in driving key product, data, and insight workstreams which support product development and business growth.

The position is a hybrid (blend of work from home and in office). Preferred locations: New York tri-state area, Boston, or Chicago areas.

Responsibilities

Fully engage, coordinate, and manage senior client relationships and engagements from a digital team communication and delivery point of view, working in conjunction with sales, client success, and analyst colleagues.

  • Build impactful client relationships by engaging in the sales and proposal cycle, along with delivering key senior level presentations
  • Translate and deliver impactful and actionable insights based on data-driven methodology
  • Be a senior subject matter expert for Digital subscription products and servicing solutions to support product and business development, acting as a trusted advisor for clients
  • Structure and build key artifacts for proposals (e.g., pitch work, sales content) and GTM efforts along with product development initiatives
  • Gain understanding of clients’ strategic and tactical business problems to drive product development and build business cases to reflect market and client needs
  • Gain client buy-in and participation for new growth products
  • Engage with multiple internal and client stakeholders to advance their knowledge of our digital products for cross and upsell
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (product, UX, data, etc.) to drive product development and build
  • Effectively manage and mentor analyst team on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Banking, Strategy Consulting, Financial Services, and/or Business Intelligence, User / Market Research (experience in Digital Banking preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven track record of client management and direct client interaction
  • Strong understanding of user experience, banking apps, digital transformation, and SaaS platforms preferred
  • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills
  • Eye for detail and design with hands-on experience to translate stories into effective presentations and documentation tailored to specific audiences
  • Commercial knowledge and numeracy, with strong working knowledge of financial and investment projections being an added bonus
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members
  • Agility to move between strategic thinking and detailed implementation
  • Product development experience working in Agile teams
  • Highly organized, applying workflow and organizational tools for communication and documentation
  • Bonus points: Experience with Excel, SQL, R or Python and statistical analysis packages
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings; can range depending on engagement; will most likely be ~10%

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 plus Bonus
