Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Manager to lead our Pharma- sponsorship team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sponsorships. The Sponsorship Manager will play a key role in shaping the overall sponsorship strategy, managing a team, leading the development of new offers, reporting and overseeing the execution of sponsorship activities for our events, with a primary focus on the CPHI, Pharmapack and P-MEC branded events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or related field, preferably in the events or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative sponsorship strategies.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and event management.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to generate insightful reports and present findings to stakeholders.
