We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

Job Description

The Event Manager is responsible for designing and delivering exceptional event experiences for our customers, in line with the Event Director's vision. They will leverage market trends and customer feedback to develop the long-term event design and identify innovative opportunities for improvement. The Event Manager will contribute to the financial, operational, and customer performance of each event, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and success. They will also oversee the event floorplan, strategically managing positioning and serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development of Beauty Event's strategy and enrich the value proposition.
  • Assist Event Director in formulating growth strategies and identifying new revenue streams.
  • Work with Thailand office for smooth event management.
  • Nurture relationships with event partners.
  • Design the event experience to align with the event's strategy and customer needs.
  • Lead promotional activities and incorporate feedback for improved customer experience.
  • Utilize KPIs and marketing techniques for effective event management.
  • Develop long-term event design and maintain the brand as a market leader.
  • Support Event Director in managing brand P&L, sponsorship, and special events.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, negotiate with venues and suppliers, and build relationships with key customers.
  • Implement on new event tools such as IIRIS, Eqolua and matchmaking platform
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Experience in developing brand and sales strategies with strong sales acumen.
  • Strong track record in managing relationships with international customers across diverse regions and cultures.
  • Independent and inspirational leadership qualities with charisma and energy.
  • Ability to build relationships at senior levels and manage high-value customer accounts.
  • Proficiency in defining sales and marketing strategies and executing targeted campaigns.
  • Experience in reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and adherence to related processes and policies.
