Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY:

This professional will serve as a point of contact for our exhibitors/potential exhibitors, sales staff/agents with queries about our exhibitions. He/She will help provide administrative support to the sales team in driving accuracy and predictability of sales and to work with different teams for sales materials for pre-fair, onsite and post-fair use.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling enquiry on exhibiting and visiting, record and pass the leads to the sales and visitor promotion team.
  • Floor planning for all fairs: working with the sales and operation team to prepare floor plan with technical details and convert them for sales use.
  • Daily communicate with staff of branch offices and sales agent to check the sales materials are properly completed before invoicing.
  • Assist operation and production team to prepare sales materials to be distributed onsite such as Fair Directory and Visitor Guide
  • Prepare the sales report to Event Manager

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in a Business-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experiences
  • Strong communication skills and work as a team player;
  • Customer centric with servicing mindset;
  • Autonomous and self-driven.
  • Effective organisation skill and task oriented - ability to organise and prioritise tasks, multi-task, work independently and under pressure.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin with good ability to read and write in English and Chinese is essential.
