What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us build a leading B2B Marketing Services business, driving both inbound and outbound product marketing activities across Informa Tech.


You’ll be working within the Central Product Management team across Informa Tech, as well as working closely with Product Managers and Marketing teams within our key markets (i.e. Cybersecurity, AI, Media & Entertainment etc.).

 

We are looking for applicants with deep knowledge and experience in B2B Digital Marketing, MarTech or SalesTech products and services, as you will contribute to developing product positioning, key messaging and go-to-market strategies that will resonate with our target audience.


What You’ll Be Doing
 

  • Bringing the voice of the customer (both our existing and target) into our messaging and customer experience; owning our view of the total addressable market backed with a deep understanding of their needs
  • Defining, monitor and measure success metrics for product launches, growth and ongoing adoption
  • Developing and executing go-to-market plans for existing and new products and services through coordination and collaboration with teams across InformaTech
  • Working closely with the broader marketing team and ensuring they are aware of our products and campaigns
  • Building and continually evolving our product positioning, value proposition and messaging frameworks
  • Working with Product and backing up with data to define the pricing and packaging for both existing and future products and services; and continual market and customer analysis to ensure we stay focused on value for our customers
  • Creating and delivering sales enablement programs and materials that increase win rates and decrease time to close. For example playbooks, datasheets, faqs, whitepapers, webinars, presentations, etc.
  • Carry out ongoing market and competitive research and analysis and share insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Stay across broader digital marketing services trends that allow for future product efforts and insights
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations and our marketing delivery teams to prioritize our needs to achieve our goals

Qualifications

You Should Apply If
 

  • You’re experienced in product marketing for B2B digital marketing products and services (2-5 years)
  • You take a customer first approach to everything you do
  • You build trust quickly and are comfortable working within a matrix organisation
  • You are excited by creating customer centric messages and experiences
  • Proven ability to convert complex ideas and quantitative data into simple messages and story narratives (examples will be requested)
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence various teams
  • Ability to solicit and synthesize customer and market feedback for impactful recommendations on positioning, messaging, and product development
  • Experience analysing product, customer, competitive intelligence, market dynamics and opportunities
