Job Description
Talents Development
- Lead the talent management program of ASEAN, from talent mapping to development interventions for the identified talents.
- Conduct half-yearly review on the progress made on planned development plans of the identified talents and successors based on 70/20/10 development model.
- Work with country GMs to gradually Improve the internal succession pipelines for country management and business critical roles.
- Work with local HRBP to beef up the capabilities of line managers in conducting development and career conversations.
- Having periodic conversation with our identified talents and key managers to have better understanding on their career aspirations and flight risk.
Talents Acquisition
- Responsible for the sourcing strategy for ASEAN, particularly for ASEAN leadership roles.
- Work collaboratively with all country HRBP in ASEAN and partner with them on talent sourcing for the business’ critical roles.
- Lead and produce accurate and meaningful data analysis coupled with insights to share with stakeholders and HRBP.
- Review and strengthen the current interview and selection/assessment processes.
- Own the SmartRecruiters ATS – be the expert, interface with the region and lead any future enhancement work.
- Establish and keep track of the hiring KPIs and dashboard for ASEAN.
- Review the effectiveness of Employee Referral program and find ways to increase the participation of our employees in the program.
Market Talents Intelligence
- Constantly build and update our database on potential talents in our industry mainly for Country and Event leadership roles.
- Keep abreast with our competitors organizational changes and key talents movement, by leveraging on country HRBP’s local intelligence.
- Build rapport and relationship with those potential external senior talents and keep track of their career movements, by having conversation with them.
Campus Recruitment Program
- Work with country HRBP on a framework of internship program as feeder into graduate program through partnership with identified academic institutions.
- Support the local HRBP in attending to job fairs at colleges and universities.
- Develop young talent programs by accelerating their learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources Management or related qualifications.
- At least 6 years' solid HR experience preferably from a multinational organization with proven experience in talent acquisition and talent developments.
- Successfully rolled out projects on talent development with clear approach in elevating organization capabilities in conducting career and development conversations.
- Good interpersonal skills with excellent command in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work with employees across different culture and hierarchies.
- Dynamic team player and adaptable to change.
