İş Tanımı

·       Drive the utilization and growth of experimentation, so the business can make the best decisions for their customer experiences,

·       Manage and optimize landing pages, website CTAs, and lead generating forms A/B test,

·       Increase conversion rates and drive qualified leads,

·       Improve customer’s user experience and customer journey on our web pages

·       Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths,

·       Increase funnel marketing efficiencies

·       Promote digital cultural change and educate teams on new processes and systems

·       Orchestrate and lead weekly and monthly SEO, analytics and CRO training to optimize performance.

·       Weekly and monthly monitoring of website SEO performance and reporting data to the team

·       Gaining specific knowledge and proficiency across SEO related tasks and tactics

·       Implementing SEO strategies and new generation optimization techniques to the website

·       Conversion & UX strategy - from data-driven ideation, execution, reporting and analysis.

·       Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path

·       Work on to improve, implement and the execution process of the digital products across the Türkiye brands

·       Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a website testing and/or UX focused role

·       Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

·       Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms (e.g. Adobe Target, etc.)

·       Experience with A/B multi variant testing tools and technologies regarding CTAs, navigation, web forms, landing page, content placement and user flow,

·       Good Knowledge of Web Analytics Tools, Tag Managers such as; Insider, Google Analytics, , Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc

·       An understanding of SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social and/or other performance marketing/digital marketing disciplines,

·       Experience reporting on success/failure of optimization efforts

·       Strong proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design

·       Experienced creating wireframes and functional/interaction specifications

·       Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Advanced Excel)

·       A sound understanding of the mathematics behind effective testing.

·       Strong digital proficiency, knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a bonus

·       Good time-management skills

·       Ability to multi-task

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Critical-thinker and problem-solver

·       Advanced level of English and Turkish

·      Experienced on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target
