Job Description

The Webinar Manager is responsible for the successful production and delivery of sponsored web seminars for Informa Engage.

The position will act as the lead on managing the build and production of webinars and supporting Virtual Trade Shows for assigned events. Duties include creating and executing events in ON24, along with the development of production schedules, training presenters on the technology, managing the live event and archiving of the event for on demand viewers. Also, the position will be responsible for ensuring that all metrics, both revenue and performance data is accurately tracked and monitored for corporate reporting. 



Project/Program Management-80 %

o    Create and execute digital events in ON24

o    Develop production schedules and track projects in Workfront

o    Train speakers and other stakeholders on the platform. Manage live events.

Administration & Reporting- 20%

o    Produce client-facing reports on webinar performance

o    Support Informa teams on successful client management, sales, and delivery

o    Participate in team calls and support other Webinar Managers (e.g., backup)


Must possess superb organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines is required.  Consideration will be given to those candidates who show an entrepreneurial spirit, are ready to take on exciting challenges and is willing to take the initiative in the daily maintenance of past webcasts and reporting of information.

·         Candidate must have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal skills, extremely organized and on top of email and voicemail throughout the day.

·         Must be available to various staff and able to work under pressure when last minute tasks arise. Previous webinar experience is very helpful to this individual.

·         An entrepreneurial spirit who is ready to take on an exciting challenge and is willing to take the initiative in the daily maintenance of past webcasts and reporting information.

·         May possess a strong technical background, including experience as a web programmer or webmaster. Eloqua / HTML experience is a plus.
