IIRIS is a platform and suite of products designed to help us know, reach, and build better informed customer connections through insightful data gained through multiple interactions with Informa’s highly specialised communities. We are looking for a Product Leader to strengthen our team and build innovative new products to support data driven B2B marketing.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the Director of Program Management and divisional stakeholders to create divisional program roadmaps
  • Manage risks and issues and take corrective measures to mitigate
  • Work closely with Divisional stakeholders to define program benefits
  • Manage stakeholder communications
  • Manage cross-program interdependencies and deliverables to drive Program outcomes
  • Ensure that as we scale, we stay true to our values of customer success, agility and innovation

  • Divisional Roadmaps - Planning, Prioritization & Delivery of Priorities
  • Program Governance
  • Program Benefits tracking & reporting
  • Divisional Business Case preparation

Your Expertise:

  • Proven ability in delivering global data programmes that build capability and drive performance
  • Significant experience of working as a program manager to deliver transformation activity in a complex environment
  • Experience in supporting change in a global, matrix environment, persuading and influencing key stakeholders
  • Ability to understand keenly the challenges faced by business functions and work seamlessly across different groups to drive business planning and execution
  • Comfortable moving between the tactical and strategic
  • Significant experience in managing budgets and resource allocation
  • Experience working with and leading distributed teams
