Informa is looking for a talented, motivated (and fun to work with) Talent Acquisition Executive to join our internal TA function, to help us globally resource quality candidates.

This role sits within the Talent Acquisition team supporting Global Support, Informa Connect, Informa Intelligence and Informa Tech. 

Job Description

Due to increased demand and business growth we are looking to hire a small team of Talent Acquisition Executives to support a fun, highly-skilled and growing global talent team. 

This role is a great opportunity to get exposure to a global business and work with colleagues and talent accross the globe. 

The primary purpose of these new roles is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of four divisions globally.


  • Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the vacancy  

  • Research, identify and proactively approach candidates using all appropriate methods  

  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures 

  • Use all social media tools to attract relevant candidates 

  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently 

  • Qualify, shortlist and present to TA Partners suitable candidates against defined job vacancies  

  • Support in "kick off" meetings with global Talent Partners to ascertain role requirements from the hiring community 

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams  

  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships. Appropriately ‘sell’ the business in an honest and attractive way  

  • Develop pipelines of candidates for key business functions. Use social media, email and the telephone to maintain conversations with top talent 

  • Support the team with adhoc administration duties, research projects and/or mini projects set by the Talent Partners 

  • Champion our D&I values in every hire and interactions with the business


  • Some previous resourcing experience  

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency an advantage  

  • Experience resourcing across various roles and experience levels

  • Understanding of global talent markets and recruitment cultures would be an advantage  

  • Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient  

  • Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and other job boards would be an advantage

  • Confidently qualify candidates by phone and/or Microsoft Teams on initial screening calls

  • Ability to prioritise workload and escalate issues where necessary  

  • Confident and persuasive communicator  

  • Demonstrable questioning and listening skills  

  • Time management and organisational skills

  •  Ability to operate to deadlines and quick turn arounds 

This role will be blended working, office based 3 days per week and home based 2 days a week.
