Job Description

  • Sell a series of research, media, and data products to pharmaceutical and BioTech companies
  • Prospect new business daily via phone, email, and social selling, and follow up on inbound/marketing leads
  • Make outbound phone calls with tempo and pace to develop relationships with Pharma/Life Sciences clients
  • Carry an individual sales quota and work hard to hit targets
  • Think of different prospecting methods such as social selling or conducting competitive research to gain a market advantage
  • Stay on top of the content and literature our research and analyst teams are generating
  • Present detailed sales proposals to potential clients via online product demonstrations
  • Take a consultative sales approach and own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Consistently exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Work with account managers to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and retained
  • Strengthen your understanding of our proposition, competitors, and addressable market  to maximize sales and revenue
  • Conduct ongoing market and industry analysis; identify trends and potential product development avenues to expand revenue 


  • 2 to 4 years of inside sales experience in B2B sales within tech/SaaS, media/advertising, or pharma/healthcare
  • History of selling into large enterprise accounts
  • Comfort speaking with C-level decision-makers (CEO, COO) and getting buy-in
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and make the necessary number of calls
  • Proficient with Salesforce and supportive systems (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn)
  • Worked in a large, international and/or public organization
  • Ability to identify new revenue opportunities across product verticals, maximize upsell/cross-sell potential, and close deals
  • Executive a well-designed call structure, cadence, and articulate complex solutions in a simple and coherent manner
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and a high close ratio
  • Professional, results-oriented and have a growth mindset
