Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist works across the Vitafoods brand, including Vitafoods Insights, Vitafoods Asia, Vitafoods Europe and digital events.

You will have practical knowledge and experience in setting up, managing and optimising paid digital campaigns and budgets, as well as a good understanding of a customer journey, conversion rate optimisation and have previous experience using the website analytics platforms, A/B and multivariate testing.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan marketing campaigns that meet strategic objectives through both inbound marketing and paid media strategies, including paid search, display, organic and paid social, SEO & CRO
  • Plan, manage and optimize campaigns based on data insights
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of target audience, understand digital behaviours of the Vitafoods clients and audience, through continual testing and reporting on websites, event portal and campaign performance
  • Support Vitafoods websites development and build landing pages
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Consistently track and maximise Return on Marketing Investment, including monitoring of CPAs and CPLs across certain personas/audience types and industries 
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials, ensuring ad copy and web pages are consistent in brand voice and messaging, and optimised for conversions
  • Manage paid campaign budgets
  • Collaborate with internal Informa teams including sales, operations and content team as well as agencies and other vendor partners


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or Management
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and budgets, including paid digital, social organic and SEO
  • Previous experience with CMS platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager
  • Previous experience of using design tools: eg. Canva, Turtl
  • Solid understanding of how to analyse campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Business writing and presentations including excellent briefing capabilities
