Job Description

Curinos is looking for a strong and successful Sales Leader to lead the Digital Solutions Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience selling complex solutions to Financial Institutions, impeccable presentation skills, a passion for new innovations and a deep personal drive to deliver sales results while coaching and leading a strong team of solution sellers.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Sales efforts in one of the most explosive areas of banking – Digital. With the domination of digital banking, it has never been clearer to Banks and Credit Unions that NOW is the time to significantly overhaul how communication to customers / members is delivered. 

Our Vice Presidents of Sales are responsible for driving sales and supporting Client and Relationship Managers in both existing and prospective Clients.

You will have the ability to:

  • Fully understand the digital solutions offered at the Subject Matter Expert level, and the associated development roadmaps
  • Lead/manage a team of two (2) tenured digital sellers
  • Support Client Managers and Product Owners with solutions selling into prospect and existing client account base including assistance in fully qualifying opportunities, input to opportunity strategy, solutions architecting, and conducting value-based demonstrations
  • Partner with the Sales and Delivery teams to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition and how it comes to life to meet client needs
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses related to digital products and solutions
  • Effectively communicate Client needs and Market Opportunities for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence and provide feedback to product, sales, and marketing functions
  • Conduct industry webinars and lead campaign development for distribution products and solutions
  • Lead a team of tenured digital sellers

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in retail banking and/or with experience on digital organizations, or banking tech
  • Proven ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills and ability to employ multiple data sources for solution-based sales approach
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with retail banking analytics, banking tech, or competitive intelligence solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and creativity skills
  • Ability to adapt tactics and strategies according to financial institutions of all sizes – from top 5 banks to small credit unions
  • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills
  • Track record of successfully:
    • Leading teams
    • Managing and delivering on multiple opportunities at a time
    • Being hands on with data and forming solutions for outreach and sales strategies
    • Managing client relationships
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Willingness to travel

A compensation package for this role will include a competitive Base Salary of $150,000 annually paired with a lucrative commission structure that is designed to reward exceptional performance. The expected Total Compensation Range is $200,000 – $250,000.
