• Should have strong Business Analyst Skills
• Should be able to absorb and articulate both Technical and Functional aspects of the applications, IT systems
• Should be able to understand the IT landscape, systems overview
• Must be able to produce strategy for IT transformation, Business Transformation
• Need to be able to interact and channelize opportunities, new wins for Hexaware by liaising with Senior Client Business Sponsors
• Must have hands-on experience working on similar client set up
• Must be able to provide direction to Business and IT stakeholders in producing application roadmap
• COTS product knowledge (Guidewire , Duck creek) preferred
• Should have strong stakeholder management skills

• Norwegian speaker
• Experience in Insurance domain
• Worked with EU Banks
