Customerl is currently running a big Sourcing program. Starting last year the different IT Services has been defined and the process of RFI/RFS has been conducted. Suppliers have been selected for the different Services, and now we are in the Transition phase.  In this phase we are in need of a Transition Lead for the Service Object Digital Enablement, who will act as customer's focal point for the transition activities toward both the existing and new Suppliers, and toward the internal stakeholders.    Main responsibilities  • Product Area Transition Lead for the Service Object Digital Enablement • Leading the transition activities for Digital Enablement • Be the point of contact in the transition between the existing Supplier to the new Supplier • Be the point of contact for  (internal) stakeholders regarding the transition of the Digital Enablement services • Be the representative in different fora and meetings to plan and execute the transition  Required qualifications  • Require a good understanding of the Sourcing requirement of the Digital Enablement services • Require an established network within the Digital Enablement • Has an interest in sourcing related activities and wants to make a difference • Is very good in communication • Has a collaborative mind-set • Is focused on solutions and supporting his/her team in removing roadblocks • Can manage a diverse team with different cultural backgrounds  Personal qualities  • Structured way of working, and good documentation skills.  • Positive attitude.  • Self-driven, result oriented and flexible.
