Job Description

looking for Support Technicians to help our Service Desk & Onsite Team.

Provide first and second level support for Windows 10 and Windows 7

Provide support for on call duty (Weekends & Weekdays)

To ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction through First Call Resolution

To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies

 

Qualifications:

 

Earlier experience in Helpdesk / Onsite / IT support and Customer Service Support is the preferred or real interest in IT

Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops and web applications

Good knowledge of Windows 10 & 7 Operating System support and troubleshooting

Good knowledge of MS Office Products

Verbal / written communication in both Swedish and English

Good problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships.
