Contract : 3 months

Work Location :Las Vegas,NV



Mandatory Skills:

Critical Skills:

Expert knowledge of MS Excel required

Strong analytical skills is essential

Able to quickly evaluate savings analyses/summaries to validate:

Level of baseline data (price and volume data when available) is appropriate and adequate

Forecast volume is adequately stated

Time horizon is for savings is appropriate

Assumptions are clearly stated and reasonable

Pricing and/or volume commitments in negotiated contracts are accurately reflected in the analyses

Savings analysis approach is logical and appropriate (given data constraints)

Quickly learns data availability within current business systems to know what data is available and what is not

Able to quickly glean into existing analyses to validate appropriateness, correctness and completeness and when not, able to quickly identify material gaps or shortcoming and work with contracting professionals to correct such material deficiencies (within business data availability realities)

Knowledge of capital vs. operational expenditures. 

Understands and able to classify different types of savings (e.g. recurring, one-time, cost avoidance, EBITDA, cash, etc.)

Works with contracting professionals to ensure that material savings under reporting or over reporting is corrected.

Avoids long protracted reviews of project savings analyses.

Written and verbal communications skills must be high.

Summarizes accomplishments (number of project savings analyses audited [pass/fail]) and findings (patterns of good and poor analytical practices) on a weekly basis.
