The Client Requires support, maintenance, and documentation of its current systems which include Oracle APEX applications and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).
Scope includes:
Maintenance of APEX (Version 5.1.2.00.09 on Oracle Database 12.1.0.2.0) and BI (Version 11.1.1.7.140715 Build 140622.1831 64-bit) systems

Documentation and knowledge transfer of new and existing APEX functionality and OBIEE reporting

Address help desk cases and enhancements utilizing OMES procedures 

Weekly status reports including work completed and current and future tasks

Technical work, requirements gathering, user interaction

Tasks involved pre- and post-processing (front- and back-end) of reports utilizing Oracle and other systems
