Required Skills:

  • Experience in programming, system design and analysis, development of software designs and coding of existing systems using NATURAL programming language.
  • Experience in developing design and coding estimates for projects; assisting customers with developing consumable business requirements; consulting with team in estimating, organizing, and prioritizing projects; produces accurate time estimates and recommendations for technical solutions.
  • Ability to write, analyze and review complex software design solutions and development artifacts to ensure completeness, quality and compliance with standards and guidelines.
  • Experience using Treehouse N2O change management system.
  • Experience performing or participating in unit testing, support system testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and ability to analyze SDLC processes for design and code.
  • Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy.
  • Skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment and maintain effective and professional working relationships

Desired Skills:

Working knowledge and previous experience in maintenance and support of financial systems of the Texas Child Support Enforcement System (TXCSES).
