Job Description

An Inside Sales Representative is a full cycle sales role focusing on our SMB segment clients. The priority will be to learn more of the Infobip processes after the SDR role including: Provisioning accounts, legal documentation and completion, MSA (Message Service Agreement) and NDA agreements, and KPI targets. 

The Inside Sales Representatives will work collaboratively with their Sales Teams defined by vertical, and depending on the regions Inside Sales Representatives can help with other verticals depending on capacity and number of leads.

The Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for inbound leads for their region and will need to communicate with Marketing + Sales about challenges with pipeline and lead quality. Time to first contact is important since they will still be the first line of contact.

Your Key responsibilities?

  • Use and maintain the Salesforce data quality.
  • Achieving defined KPI goals. 
  • Accept feedback and training to continue to improve and develop. 
  • Close full cycle on SMB (C & D) level accounts. 
  • Understand and execute Enterprise + Volume Velocity Sales process. 
  • Support Sales Team with outbound prospect accounts into A/B segment. 
  • Gain knowledge of Super User, Routing Tool, and other internal tools.
  • Properly understand the MSA process and working with Legal. 
  • Focusing in verticals: Retail, Travel, Ride Sharing, eCommerce, Banking/Finance accordingly to the sales strategy.

 

As an Account Executive, you are expected to lead, engage and close SaaS opportunities in the country of your posting.  You will be required to take full ownership of Infobip SAAS products sales process, develop and maintain sales pipeline according to assigned targets and KPI. This role will be key role in generating and increasing SaaS product penetration in the market.  

Job Description

  • You know all the players in APAC and can build on your pre-existing relationships.
  • You proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Main focus of the role is external contact with net new and existing customers. Ability to recognize opportunities for Infobip SaaS portfolio with customers and engage them in sales process.
  • Establish relationship with key decision makers with target account list. Ability to recognize Ideal Buyer Personas and create plan approach to them.
  • Understand Customer Experience from Customer engagement, Customer Service to Customer royalty of enterprise businesses and be main point of contact with target accounts
  • Must have strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple internal departments within Infobip
  • Provide regular forecasts and opportunity pipeline to the line managers, with precise estimations on project start and launch
  • Build strong relationship with customers in Infobip (current & net new customers)

 

    Qualifications

    Inside Sales Representative

    Requirements: 

    • 3 years applicable experience including solution sales, SaaS and CPaaS sales experience. 
    • Successful sales track record.  
    • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. 
    • Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors.  
    • Interaction with C level players. 
    • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.  
    • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.  
    • Travel may be needed. 
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent. 
    • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Account Executive

     

    Account Executive

    Requirements: 

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS- based software Sales roles within similar or same industry (Martech, Marketing automation, Chatbots, Cloud Contact Center)
    • Ability to understand CX and CS metrics, KPI and goals for enterprise customers, have good understanding of multi-industries is a plus. Specifically, from Digital Native, Financial, Retail verticals.
    • Proven track record in closing high value enterprise deals. Strong experience in managing the full sales cycle, including value proposition & solution selling.
    • Experience in collaborating in complex projects which require communication with multiple internal departments and partner network
    • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
    • Interaction with C-level players.
    • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
    • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
    • Skilled in creating customer focused presentations followed up with great story telling solution presentations
