Job Description

Infobip Group together with one of our latest acquisitions, Anam, has a new and exciting opening that offers a great opportunity to learn and work in a dynamic and emerging technology sector.

We're looking for a data-savvy person who wants to work with complex technical products, as is our A2P firewall solution. The role consists of day-to-day interactions with an excellent group of analysts, technologists, and some of the world’s most advanced Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).

You'll be in charge of monitoring A2P traffic trends in our firewall deployments, making sure all technical and commercially agreed terms are met, and problem-solving around issues that may arise. Quality service is a top priority 😊

Reporting Line: You will report directly to the Product Analytics Manager in the combined Infobip-Anam organization.

Responsibilities

  • Validating solution pre/during onboarding

  • Monitoring network

  • Analyzing traffic going through the firewall – analytics is simpler, usually in Excel and/or some internal tools

  • Monitoring traffic types

  • Detecting fraud, spam, etc., i.e. unwanted traffic

  • Setting rules to detect and block unwanted traffic

  • Monitoring and analyzing traffic anomalies

  • Monitoring and setting rules on the product – monetization preparation

  • Monetization activities

  • Handling requirements towards Engineering for features development/updates

  • Reporting

  • Support customer facing teams during client onboarding

  • Working from customer's premises per need during and after onboarding

  • Technical and analytical support in the pre/implementation phase

Qualifications

Professional/Experience requirements: 

  • A2P/SMS knowledge, Telecom networks & protocol knowledge

  • Excel and basic analytical/statistics knowledge

  • Tool savvy in general – will be using a lot of internal tools and consuming data

  • Reporting, data visualization, storytelling

  • Market knowledge

  • Problem solving

  • Research

  • Presentation skills

  • SMS Firewall product knowledge is ideal

  • Simple scripting knowledge is a bonus

  • BI tools knowledge – on the user end – is a bonus (e.g. QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
