    Job Description

    As a UX Research at Infobip, you will help establish our Product Design strategy and processes. 
    You are curious about human behavior and understand the effect of different cognitive biases.
    You know how to distill meaning from data to promote better understanding of our users' mental models.
    In collaboration with other Design Team members - you will evangelize user experience research and user-centered design throughout the company.

    About the team

    We are a bunch of creative, quirky and open-minded designers, researchers and UX writers. We are pretty fresh, our first member joined Infobip in 2019 and we are relentlessly growing our impact within the company.
    Our team values are openness, helpfulness, and accountability which we take pretty seriously. Even when ordering lunch.
    We are currently spread over 3 offices: Zagreb, Vodnjan and Split, which doesn't stop us from spending valuable time together in person.

    What will you do at Infobip?

    • Work closely with product owners, designers and other stakeholders on planning and executing research activities
    • Employ a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, in the lab, remotely, and in the field
    • Synthesize the outputs into actionable insights in order to inform the product road-map
    • Effectively communicate research findings to key stakeholders
    • Advocate for research to be an integral part of our product design process
    • Contribute to building a culture of insights-driven product design and development
    • Mentor designers and other colleagues in developing their research skills
    • Actively suggest improvements of our products based on data and heuristic evaluations

    NOTE:

    • At this moment we do not offer relocation to Portugal.
    • This position can be done on-site, in hybrid or fully remote within country of employment.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience in planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting on user studies
    • Comfortable facilitating interviews
    • Understand the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
    • Passionate about design, products and people 
    • Experience and / or a keen interest in enterprise UX 
    • Experience in various quantitative and qualitative research methods
    • Experience in creating wire-frames, user flows and rough mock-ups to communicate ideas and improvements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a good storyteller
