Job Description

Gainsight Administrator is an individual contributor role responsible for the architecture and configuration of the Gainsight environment. The purpose of this role is to configure and deploy Gainsight to internal customers (including system configuration, reports, dashboards and workflows).  This role will be responsible for managing user accounts, groups and security settings in Gainsight.   

Make recommendations to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures.  You will be required to monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations on continuous improvements.  You will also help prepare the Customer Success team to roll out additional processes or functionality and provide day-to-day end user support to all levels of the organization

Manage Gainsight tool in Infobip environment 

  • Configure and deploy Gainsight in Infobip environment 
  • Maintain Gainsight configuration, data revisions and system updates  
  • Ensure accuracy of data across the tool in order to maximize the value of our systems  
  • Manage security settings and permission groups in Gainsight for all users 
  • Create and maintain user documentation for new and existing business processes, functionalities, and tools   
  • Ensure end-users are up to date with functionalities and new features   
  • Support all end-users by solving problems, answering questions, delegating access, creating, and/or modifying reports   

Contribute to internal initiatives and improvements 

  • Influence the evolution of how Infobip provides end-to-end customer experience by continuously giving additional customer perspective to the internal stakeholders  
  • Participate in global customer success community through knowledge sharing and cross-regional transfer of successful practices 
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and practices across the organization 

Continuous Education 

  • Participate in Continuing Education sessions  
  • Be fully versed on Infobip products, platform, and integrations  
  • Have an excellent overview of business, competition, and latest industry trends 


More about you: 

  • Understanding of Customer Success  
  • Gainsight administrator experience (Gainsight Admin Certification required)  
  • Salesforce administrator experience (SFDC Admin Certification ideal)  
  • Understanding of object-oriented concepts and fundamentals of logic (IFs, ANDs, and ORs) 
  • Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills  
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications  
  • Excellent critical thinking skills;  able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions  
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
