Job Description

Reporting to the Americas Finance SSC Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Regional Finance Shared Services team – P2P (Purchase to Pay) to achieve KPIs and to deliver our new finance operating model. We are in the process of developing a new global shared services organization aimed to maximize operational excellence and to establish strong controlling and reporting framework. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive change initiatives as part of our transformation journey.

Your Main responsibilites will include:

  • Working closely with the Manager Officer to ensure the smooth running of Purchase to Pay and Travel request management
  • You will be responsible for the management from the Identification of the purchasing need to the purchasing process; management of the Accounts Payable process form Invoice processing to payment release; Payment services; Travel request activities
  • Coordinating and applying financial and basic accounting practices among financial management teams
  • Creating and coordinating an inspiring business environment and motivating members of financial teams through open communication
  • Cooperating with the manager or director creating clear goals and monitoring the work and operations of the team
  • Taking care of the needs of education, developing a plan of internal and external training of financial staff  
  • Managing internal and external auditors and SOX controls
  • Review and approve all manuals, procedures  
  • Coordination of month end closing activities and communication to involved parties


More about you:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in leading P2P and AP finance shared services function for multicultural teams in the Americas Region.
  • You have strong knowledge in transformation processes for Purchase to pay and/or Account receivables
  • You have experience in general accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or master’s in accounting preferred
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English, plus proficiency in Portuguese
  • You are a collaborative person, who can manage relationships with different stakeholders (local finance team, accountants, HQ, etc.)
  • You demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in change management
  • You are able to confidently communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholers
  • You have previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics ERP or any other ERP
