Communication : Should have good communication skills

Guest House Maintenance : Maintenance of Guest House by Providing consumables, Monitoring House Keeping activity, Visiting Guest House

Travel & Accommodation Arrangements : Arrangement of Travel and Accommodation to internal and external employees

Petty Cash : Maintenance of Petty cash statement of the Branch

Local Travel : Travel locally to meet the regular activities of the office/ collecting cheques, etc.

Office Maintenance : Maintenance of office by providing proper facilities to employees, House Keeping, security, Monitoring of Fire extinguishers

Front Office Maintenance : Courier Inward, Outward, Visitor Register, Employees Attendance Register, Support staff attendance Register

Housekeeping and Security : Coordinate with vendor to provide training and to deploy House Keeping & security personnel when required

Stationery and HK Materials : Provision of stationery and House Keeping materials at office

Event Management : Coordinate and take responsibility in organizing events which happens regularly at office

Pantry Management : Ensure Guest House supply of food items on regular basis

Calendar Management : Make a calendar for regular activities like Pest control, deep clean, Asset services
