• Maintaining excel and reports
• day to day co-ordination with operators and clients about TRAI /DOT issues
• Co-ordination with internal team on TRAI /Operators updated (especially with sales)
• Timely closure of DND tickets raised by operators
• MIS preparation DND tickets and its closure
• Keeping track on agreements/TRAI deposit with clients and co-ordination with sales team.
• Preparation of tender related documents with respective department
• Assistance to compliance team member for work related to RBI/ROC and any other govern authorities

• Any Graduate with 2 - 5 Years of relevant experience.
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should be good with coordination
