BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

Job Description:

· Knowledge of aircraft systems (e.g. Hydro-Mechanical, Pneumatics, Avionics, Powerplant, Electrical)

· Able to;

o Review/approve PSSA/SSA from Suppliers and present to team

o Create/update PSSA/SSA

o Create/review/approve FMEA, FMECA, FTA

o Perform Weibull analysis

o Support MSG-3 analysis with the Maintenance Engineering team

o Perform CCMR analysis

o Support RCA from a reliability and safety perspective

o Perform CAW Risk Assessments and present at various CAW meetings (Triage/CARB)

· Extensive experience with FAR25.1309, ARP4761, ARP4754, MIL-HDBK-217, MSG-3, CAFTA tool, FMEA, FTA`s, CAW Risk Assessment methodologies

· Product development knowledge

o Develop and review Systems architecture design

Ø Review and approve deliverables of System Suppliers

Ø Development, integration and certification of hydro-mechanical systems

o Support development and certification tests; witnessing of tests may be required

o AIR, AS standards, FAR25/525, RTCA documents DO-160 and DO-178

Onsite Lead activities are as follows

· Lead/support Root Cause Investigation (i.e. review data, conduct analysis, technical discussions with Supplier)

· Create DCP(s) and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders

· Participate and/or support test activities

· Participate and/or support Continuing Airworthiness investigations, and present at

· Triage/CARB meetings

· Coordinate DCP related activities and other required activities/tasks with offshore team

· Participate in IPDT meetings with internal stakeholders and Suppliers

· Lead TIM and present DCPs at ECCB

· Review and present ETA (Engineering Technical Assessment) to PMO and Procurement

· Provide visibility/status to Section Chief/Supervisor of activities, escalation/help needed items
