Role: GetAccess Application Engineer
Location: Groton, CT
Duration: 6+ Months
BGV will be done for the selected candidates.
• Engineer to support Identity and Access management infrastructure, with 5+ years of working experience with Custom Identity Management solution GetAccess
Technical Skills:
• Participate in application upgrade and testing of a Custom Identity Management solution GetAccess
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues with GetAccess applications and provide support addressing.
• Analyze and resolve identity exceptions that may occur during the client onboarding processes
• Analyze and resolve identity merges that may occur during the Client onboarding processes
• Problem Resolution for Users
• Bug and Issue Tracking/Resolution
• Data Discrepancy Resolution
• Supporting Application Maintenance including:
• Application Change Control Management
• Communications Creation, Distribution and Archival
• Service Center Queue Monitoring and Issue Resolution
• Individual and Group Training Upon Request
• Regulatory Compliance and Validation
• Process, User Guide and Training Documentation
• Issue/Outage escalation contact
• Team members are responsible for 24x7 operations support of the Client GetAccess infrastructure
• Participate in On-call rotation
• Ensure maximum availability of the GetAccess service
• Respond rapidly to incidents, outages, or potential degradations
• Verify that monitoring of the service is functioning as designed
• Ensure redundancy of the environment, eliminating single points of failure
• Perform periodic review for the services as per the documentation.
• Execute the work as per the approved Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Modification and Creation of new SOP’s & WI’s as service matures or changes
• Perform data refreshes, non-standardized and bulk data manipulations
• Data Synchronization Components (IMS, OIM, Web Services)
