Job Details :

An Operations Executive oversees daily business activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow, acting as a crucial link between departments. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, analyzing performance metrics to implement process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Process Optimization: Streamline day-to-day operations and improve efficiency to reduce costs.
  • Coordination: Act as a bridge between departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to facilitate smooth workflows.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track productivity.
  • Vendor/Client Liaison: Manage relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
  • Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. 

     

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an operational role, with strong project management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
