Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to software companies across the globe to promote and convince them to register on our application. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to understand and convey the benefits of our platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to software companies Nationally & internationally to introduce our application.
  • Persuade and convince decision-makers to register on our platform.
  • Provide detailed information about the application and its benefits.
  • Handle inquiries from potential clients and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update a database of contacted companies and their responses.
  • Achieve monthly targets for the number of companies registered.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine the outreach strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients if necessary.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
