Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with project objectives and client specifications.
2. Collaborate with the production team to conceptualize and storyboard video projects, ensuring clarity of vision and coherence of narrative.
3. Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations as needed to enhance the overall production value of videos.
4. Ensure seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and color correction throughout the editing process to maintain a professional standard.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques, tools, and software to continuously improve skills and workflows.
6. Manage and organize video files, project assets, and archives to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to resources.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and solicit feedback for revisions.

• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, as well as experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Solid understanding of video codecs, file formats, and compression standards for various delivery platforms (e.g., web, social media, broadcast).
• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into visually compelling narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for composition, pacing, and continuity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact professionally with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
