Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join a cybersecurity-focused initiative aimed at identifying, analyzing, and remediating critical vulnerabilities across enterprise infrastructures. The successful candidate will have experience managing Microsoft, Linux, and virtualized environments while supporting security, patch management, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, prioritize, and remediate critical vulnerabilities across infrastructure platforms.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft, Linux, and virtualization environments.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and implement corrective actions to reduce security risks.
- Coordinate and execute patch management activities, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant.
- Administer and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with security, operations, and infrastructure teams to enhance system security and operational resilience.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and system management.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Systems Administrator in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Microsoft virtualization solutions.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability architectures.
- Experience in vulnerability management, security remediation, and patch management processes.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Python, and VBA.
- Knowledge of advanced infrastructure architectures, integration platforms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with DNS (Domain Name System) administration.
- Familiarity with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Experience with database technologies including Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB (NoSQL).
- Knowledge of Citrix environments and related technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
