Job Description
Join an operational monitoring team responsible for supporting critical technology infrastructure. This role focuses on event monitoring, incident triage, ticket management, and operational support, with a structured development path toward NOC L2 responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor alarms and events using observability and operational management platforms.
- Perform initial incident analysis and triage.
- Execute operational procedures defined in runbooks and playbooks.
- Create, update and track tickets.
- Validate alerts and identify false positives.
- Escalate incidents according to established severity processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams and technology partners.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and technical learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Professional course, CET, Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Information Technology, Networks, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Suitable for recent graduates and junior professionals.
- Portuguese professional fluency.
- Intermediate English.
Knowledge / Experience:
- Windows and Linux systems.
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN networking concepts.
- Monitoring and observability tools.
- Service Desk and ITSM platforms.
- ITIL incident management concepts.
- Basic cloud, connectivity and infrastructure knowledge.
Additional Information
- Spanish language skills.
Location / Work Model - Porto, Portugal.
- On-site.
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
