Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant to support, maintain, 
and enhance ICRC’s enterprise collaboration platforms. The successful candidate will 
administer and provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for both SharePoint On-Premises and 
Microsoft 365 solutions, ensure service continuity in line with defined SLAs, and contribute to 
the evolution of digital workplace solutions. The role requires close collaboration within 
Agile/Scrum teams and with various technical stakeholders and end user.

Main duties and Responsibilities
• Provide Level 3 technical support for SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 
solutions.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises infrastructure, including patching, 
upgrades, and health monitoring.
• Analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to performance, 
configuration, and availability of SharePoint farm. 
• Support and provide tenant-level administration for Microsoft 365 services, including 
SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, MS planner, MS forms etc. 
• Supports security, compliance, and governance requirements related to SharePoint 
and Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with defined Service Level 
Agreements (SLAs).
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and support troubleshooting 
activities. 
• Support the SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migrations, including 
planning, execution, and post-migration support, as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Product Architect, Scrum Master, and 
Scrum Team to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
• Interact with other IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, security, identity, networking) to resolve 
cross-platform issues. 
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, 
sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Produce and maintain technical documentations, procedures, and operational 
guidelines to support knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in supporting SharePoint On-Premises 
and Microsoft 365 solutions. 
• Hands-on experience maintaining SharePoint On-Premises infrastructure, including 
patching and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in administration of SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Experienced with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
• Understanding of MS SQL server, active directory and networking concepts. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) concepts, including authentication, 
authorization, Graph API, app registrations, and conditional access.
• Understanding Microsoft 365 security and compliance concepts, including 
permissions, access control, and data governance.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes (incident, problem, change 
management).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum framework.
Nice to Have
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migrations
and familiarity with third-party migration tools such as SPMT and ShareGate.
• Automate business processes and build applications using the Power Platform (Power 
Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) 
• Design, develop, and customize collaborative solutions using SharePoint Online and 
SPFx (TypeScript, React)
• Experience using monitoring, reporting and auditing tools such as Prometheus, 
SPDockit and AdminDroid.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
